1st Materials Panel, Mérida, 20/06/2007

The first panel on Materials took place on June 20 in Mérida with the presence of nineteen experts on the sector. The objective of this workshop was to mobilise key players in the region related to the sector, in order to identify the future visions that are going to mark the technological and industrial development in the next years.

The panel was attended by experts from:

• Regional companies, as Gévora Construcciones, Pizarras Villar del Rey, Econisa and Rotomolding
• Research and Technology Centres, as IPROCOR and INTROMAC
• Extremadura University
• The “Diputación de Cáceres”, the representative body of the Cáceres province government and administration
• CEX, a regional investment institution
• Regional Ministry on Infrastructure and Technological Development
